Sang Kim, Chairman

Sang has a long history with software for knowledge management and collaborative filtering. He started Ripple6 with the aim to create a revolutionary knowledge management solution. In his three year tenure at Netperceptions, Inc. as General Manager of their Knowledge Solutions Business Unit, they developed Amazon.com’s first recommendation engine. Sang was previously the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with online market research company Invoke Solutions. He was a manager at McKinsey & Company and spent three years in the role of Chief Architect at ICM. Sang received his B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University.

Pat Croce

Pat Croce graced the cover of Success magazine as the first person to ascend from the training room to the boardroom of a professional sports team. His remarkable success as a physical therapist and pioneer in the sports medicine field to the colorful leader responsible for the resurrection of the Philadelphia 76ers as a NBA championship contender has been defined as one of the most amazing stories in sports history.

Through his business savvy, dynamic personality, and emphasis on customer service, Croce created Sports Physical Therapists, a sports medicine empire of 40 centers in 11 states, into a top-ten finalist for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Following the sale of his company, Croce focused his entrepreneurial spirit and indestructible positive attitude on the purchase of the NBA’s last place team, the Philadelphia 76ers in 1996. During his 5-year tenure as President, the team rose from worse to first in the NBA standings and broke franchise records in attendance, revenue, merchandise, and consecutive wins on the way to the NBA Championships against the Los Angeles Lakers in 2001.

Croce has served as a commentator on the NBA on NBC and the Summer Olympic Games, hosted a nationally syndicated daily show Pat Croce: Moving In for Sony Pictures Television, and performed as a panel judge on ABC’s American Inventor. Croce continues to fill requests as a nationally-renowned motivational speaker, and is the author of the New York Times bestseller, I Feel Great and You Will Too!, the motivational tome 110%, and the business book Lead or Get Off the Pot!

Jules Gardner

Jules Gardner was the founder and sole financier of PointRoll Inc., an online advertising technology company that successfully grew from an idea to a sale of $100mm, in just five years. Jules served as CEO from the company’s founding until it sold in June 2005. Prior to founding PointRoll, Jules was a principal of West Coast Entertainment, which had over 500 retail video stores throughout the country. Jules was EVP Marketing for several years and eventually served as President until the company was sold and went public. Prior to West Coast, Jules was VP of Marketing for Sorbee International, a manufacturer of Sugar Free candy. Jules resides in Villanova Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons ages 10 and 13.

Pat Gentile

Pat Gentile is North American TV Programming Manager, Procter & Gamble Productions (PGP). PGP is a stand alone business unit (within P&G) that provides content, assets, and learnings for P&G.

Pat oversees the development and management of PGP’s daytime serials (Guiding Light and As The World Turns) totaling 500 plus hours of programming per year, the People’s Choice Awards, and digital content creation in multiple forms and platforms (most recently, Capessa.com and Petside.com). Pat believes it is possible to create relationships between consumers and brands through emotionally based, engaging digital content.

Prior to his position as National TV programming manager, Pat served in various roles of increasing responsibility in the finance and media areas of P&G.

A firm believer in education, Pat received his BS from Ohio University, and his MBA from Xavier University. In addition, he has been actively involved in education at the local and college level for over 20 years. These activities range from serving as President and Vice President of the local Board of Education to holding various advisory board positions at the college level.

Chris Saridakis

Christopher Saridakis is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital officer of Gannett Corporation, where he is responsible for expanding and enriching the company’s global digital operations. Previously, he was CEO of Pointroll, Inc, having been named to the role in 2005, after serving two years as the company’s chief operating officer. Prior to PointRoll, Saridakis was senior vice president and general manager of the Global TechSolutions division for DoubleClick Inc. – among the first people in the technology business at DoubleClick – and was instrumental in growing the business from six to over 2,000 clients and to over $250mm in annual revenues. Saridakis also served as director of new products and business development for enterprise solutions at Reuters America, Inc., and was an assistant vice president at Lehman Brothers Inc.
