The sites empower moms to have conversations, form groups, schedule events and share photos and video, and they provide opportunities for marketers to participate in ways that let them establish and measure word-of-mouth.

MixingBowl is Meredith Corporation's prime site for people looking to share recipes, ideas, and stories about cooking and eating. Fed by consumers from Meredith's other sites like Better Homes and Gardens, and Parents magazine, MixingBowl brings people together to create communities and share their love of food.

Guiding Light
The GL Community is the official community of Guiding Light, the longest running drama in television history. The community capitalizes on its core asset, the show's loyal fan base, to strengthen their emotional bonds with the show and one another and to empower them to become evangelists that recruit new fans to the show.

Procter & Gamble
The Salon was created for Procter & Gamble in Canada as a network for beauty buffs where product campaigns allow participants to interact, share and endorse new products. The community was developed to leverage social media for word of mouth campaigns, use Ripple Analytics to measure the effects of product sampling, and generate an understanding of key inflection points in the conversations.

Health Expressions is a Procter & Gamble brand, providing health solutions and information in the form of articles, recipes and advice. With Ripple6, they created a separate, yet consistently branded community site at MyHealthexpressions.com. This community offers a compelling mix of editorial and user-generated content.

Make the Charts
Make the Charts is a series of city-centric sites that support local independent bands and their fans. Bands can post their original music, which other site users can vote on. Each week, a chart of the top-voted bands is published in Gannett's local newspapers. Ripple6 provides the social media components of the sites that the bands want and demand. It allows people to listen to music and then talk about it, and for the bands to develop larger fan bases for their performances.

Home Made Simple
Home Made Simple is a unique brand at Procter & Gamble, whose product is their content and their relationship with consumers. They collaborated with Ripple6 to develop a community space that would drive loyalty and repeat site visits, thereby exposing more branded content through the community. They further aimed to leverage the existing MomJunction community to increase subscriptions and to develop a sustainable model for bringing full community functions into HomeMadeSimple.com.

MomJunction is the real world laboratory that Ripple6 launched in November 2006. MomJunction is about moms sharing wisdom and answers with each other. The site provides full social networking capabilities for moms and a safe, supportive and time-saving sanctuary for busy Moms to stay connected to the many people in their lives, and the things they care most about.
