Chief Executive Officer

Sang Kim, the Founder and CEO of Ripple6, is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company. Sang founded Ripple6 with a vision and technology that connects people in meaningful and relevant ways and enables them to share and discover information through those connections. Prior to Ripple6, Sang was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with online market research startup, Invoke Solutions. There, Sang grew the company’s F500 client base as well as led the strategic direction of its products. He spent a three year tenure with Net Perceptions, first as product manager and then as the Founder and General Manager of the Knowledge Solutions Business Unit. He was a manager at McKinsey & Company in New York focused on Knowledge Management, Collaboration and related Artificial Intelligence technologies. Sang received his B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University.

George Moser

Senior Vice President, Field Operations

George MoserGeorge Moser bring more than twenty years experience to Ripple6 serving in senior management positions in high-growth companies and emerging start-ups. He is responsible for driving the strategic growth and direction of Ripple6's field operations - including global sales, pre-sales, customer service and sales operations.

Prior to joining Ripple6, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide sales for Vettro, a global provider of Enterprise Mobile applications to Fortune 500 companies, Vettro was successfully acquired in October of this year. Prior to Vettro Moser served as Vice President of North American Sales for SPSS (NYSE: SPSS), a global provider of predictive analytics software and solutions. In that capacity he grew new license revenues for the company by 50% year over year. Prior to SPSS Moser was COO of Net Perceptions (NASDQ: NETP). He led the company through explosive growth, a successful IPO and to become a recognized leader in web based recommendation market.

Rory Murray

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Rory is responsible for all sales and business development initiatives at Ripple6. Prior to Ripple6, Rory spent nearly five years at DoubleClick, Inc, where she served in a number of sales management roles including Vice President of Technology Solutions with responsibility for managing over $125 million in revenue. During her tenure at DoubleClick, Rory spent more than 12 months in Europe establishing DoubleClick’s DART for Advertisers business in Europe and Middle East Africa. Before entering the online advertising space, Rory worked at MasterCard International in several marketing and business development roles, highlighted by a year-long assignment in South Africa where she spearheaded the launch of MasterCard’s online debit card, Maestro. Rory received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University, and her MBA from Columbia University.

Malcolm Smith

Chief Technology Officer

Malcolm is responsible for all technology initiatives at Ripple6 and is charged with making the platform the most simple, safe and secure means for sharing information over the Web. His career includes work in designing email security and cryptography for Microsoft Outlook at Microsoft. He has held CTO roles at AIG SunAmerica and other financial services firms. He served in senior technology management roles at several startup e-commerce and business services firms over his 25 year career in Information Technology. Malcolm graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, concentration MIS / Decision Sciences.

Rich Ullman

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Rich leads all marketing efforts for Ripple6. He brings extensive online marketing and advertising experience to Ripple6, having directed marketing efforts at About.com through its first three years of existence, including the re-branding from The Mining Company. During those three years the service grew from a start-up to become the 5th most visited property on the Web. Rich was a pioneer of Internet marketing, when, in 1995, he was among the team that launched the interactive division of Euro RSCG, leading clients like MCI, Philips, and Volvo to create some of the world's first Web sites and Internet advertising. Rich is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

Geoff Merrick

Vice President, Professional Services

Geoff MerrickGeoff leads the Ripple6 Professional Services group which manages the work needed to customize and deploy the Ripple6 platform.  They are responsible for customization best practices and maintaining an efficient and scalable delivery approach which best leverages the core capabilities of the platform.

Geoff has over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting and professional services including helping build the professional services organization for Siebel Systems (now part of Oracle) as well as founding a technology consulting company (OKERE), which was acquired by Fujitsu - the 3rd largest consulting company in the world. OKERE was among the first partners of Salesforce.com in both product and professional services capacities and among the first consulting companies focused exclusively on SaaS solution delivery.  Geoff Merrick brings with him experience delivering a wide range of technology solutions to various industries and Fortune 500 Companies.

Geoff recently moved to NJ with his wife and 2 daughters (ages 4 and 2) – after 15 years in Manhattan. Geoff plays guitar and piano, and says "I like the Mets and Jets, and because my wife went to Ohio State have become a fan-in-law of the Buckeyes."

Edward Oh

Vice President, Client Service & Strategy

Ed OhEd leads the Client Service and Strategy team, bringing with him technology and strategic consulting experience working with a range of companies from start-ups to Global 1000 companies, primarily focused on interactive and emerging technologies.

As COO at Online Envrions, a multi-disciplinary eBusiness consultancy, he actively managed the strategy and growth of projects for clients including NASDAQ, Anheuser-Busch, Engelhard and Johnson & Johnson. At Sapient, Ed facilitated project teams in business process analyses, strategic planning, system design and the execution of client/.server application/development projects.

In between, he served as an interactive consultant to the Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve, started a vertically integrated sports media company, and managed a small venture capital fund. Ed received his Bachelor’s degree in marketing from University of Connecticut.

David Weite

Vice President, Operations and Corporate IT

David brings over 20 years hands-on skills in the development, delivery and management of advanced software, hardware, database and network systems for NASA, the Department of Defense, and the medical imaging and advertising industries. His applications work spans consumer and business-to-business web applications and services, content management systems, distributed and embedded real-time systems, client/server and desktop applications, and advanced airborne signal intelligence.

As both a consultant and executive, David has played a key role in the business strategy, product and project management, architecture, design, and development of a wide variety of advanced systems. He was a key architect of the International Space Station’s command and control technology for its Electrical Power System, and the principle architect and leader in pioneering work to create technology and outpatient clinics for Ultrafast Computed Tomography full-body scans. He has also worked in technology development of targeted advertising solutions for television and on several of the world’s most advanced military aircraft – including over 5 years in the world renowned Lockheed-Martin “Skunk works.” He has a Bachelors and Masters degree from California State University.

Paul DePinto

Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region

Paul DePintoWith over 20 years of sales and management experience Paul is responsible for managing the East sales team for Ripple6.  Prior to joining Ripple6 Paul was Vice President of Sales for Invoke Solutions. Before Invoke, Paul was instrumental in the success of marketing solutions and Internet start up organizations Red Brick Systems and enCommerce. He started his career at AT&T and moved into senior sales and national account management roles at Information Builders. Mike Tracy

Vice President of Sales for the Western Region

Mike is responsible for managing the West field sales team for Ripple6.  Mike has over 17 years experience as an innovative sales leader with start-up and formative stage software companies including KD1 and Net Perceptions with an emphasis on web, CRM and analytics.   Prior to joining Ripple6  he managed the Central & West Region for SPSS, a $300M Predictive Analytics software company.  Additionally, Mike was a co-founder and principal partner in Seamus, Inc. a sales outsourcing company assisting start ups with sales strategy and execution.  Mike is based in Chicago where he resides with his wife Patricia and three children.
