Our proprietary Ask/Answer feature is a tool for immediate engagement. It quickly engages users and connects them with the community. Members can ask questions to the community at large publicly or with their identity hidden.
Community members are presented with questions most likely to interest them based on our proprietary algorithm. Ask/Answer goes beyond popular “most popular” or “recent” classifications and instead bases recommendations on relevance.
Members are presented with a new question each time they visit the community. The answers are aggregated within the user’s profile, providing easy access on one screen.
